This is a hands-on role where you don’t just manage projects: you build, test, and drive real adoption.
Your role and impact
Contribute to the
design and delivery
of game-changing
digital / AI solutions
for the future of ST/ST.
Deliver
impactful digital projects end-to-end (from idea to go-live and adoption)
Turn
business needs into concrete solutions
(tools, workflows, apps)
Design and deploy
automations & AI use cases (n8n, LLMs, low-code tools, etc.)
Experiment,
prototype, and scale what works into production
Act as a
trusted partner for business teams
and help them embrace new ways of working
Own what you build:
ensure it runs smoothly, is monitored, and keeps improving
About you

5 years in digital projects / business analysis / automation / AI
Comfortable mixing
business thinking + hands-on execution
Curious and proactive: you like testing new tools and learning fast
Able to
translate ideas into real, usable solutions
Not intimidated by APIs, middleware,
workflows
and other IT
concepts
Strong
communicator
, able to work across teams
Strong alignment with ST/ST’s core values of Respect, Transparency, Entrepreneurship and Customer-Centricity
Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is an asset in a multicultural, international environment
Can cope with a sometimes-demanding
environment
