Field Service Engineer – Automation

Commissioning Testing: Lead the installation, startup, and final acceptance testing of Sidel End-of-Line (EOL) equipment at customer sites, with a focus on advanced automation systems. Customer Advisory: Develop a deep understanding of customer requirements to provide expert advice and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Performance Evaluation: Test and evaluate equipment performance at the customer plant, ensuring full compliance with technical, contractual, and safety specifications. Non-Conformity Management: Properly identify, document, and manage all technical non-conformities throughout the project lifecycle. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Execute RCA on automation-related issues, implementing effective recovery plans and corrective actions. Technical Reporting: Prepare accurate project progress charts and detailed weekly technical reports regarding all executed activities.
