Your Day-to-Day
Analyze business performance to identify growth opportunities and scale high-impact initiatives.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and growth campaigns.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to optimize product offerings, customer acquisition, and conversion.
Plan, execute, and evaluate growth experiments to drive continuous business improvement.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic growth initiatives from planning to execution.
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in Growth, Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, or related roles.
Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and delivering measurable results.
Experience in performance marketing or growth experimentation is a plus.
