Your Day-to-Day
You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and other IT issues to keep systems running smoothly.
Set up, install, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain the company's network, including Wi-Fi, VPN, internet, servers, firewalls, and network devices.
Perform regular system checks and fix technical issues to minimize downtime.
Work with external vendors for IT maintenance, repairs, and issue escalation when needed.
Provide technical support to employees and ensure their IT issues are resolved quickly.
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
>4 years of experience in IT Support or Technical Support.
Familiar with firewalls such as FortiGate, Sophos, MikroTik, or similar tools.
Good understanding of networks, including Wi-Fi, VPN, servers, switches, and access points.
Experience supporting multiple office locations is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
