Your Day-to-Day

• Support the Growth team in new product research and testing initiatives.
• Respond to incoming customer chats from new product testing campaigns.
• Handle customer inquiries based on provided scripts and guidelines.
• Update and maintain daily reports on leads and bookings using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Communicate booking cancellations following the provided SOP.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Growth team.

Who We’re Looking For

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate from any major.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Good written communication and customer service mindset.
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
