Dental Hygienist
because our patients keep showing up (and we like keeping our team happy, too).
The schedule (with built-in sanity)
Office/Patient Hours
Mon:
9:00am–6:00pm
Tues/Weds/Thurs:
8:00am–5:00pm
Fri:
8:00am–12:00pm
Arrival time:
typically,
30 minutes prior
to the first patient so you can set up without stress.

Base compensation
$45-50/hr

Digital radiography
Instrument sharpening/retipping rotation

Enamel regeneration protocol
for treating incipient decay
What you’ll do (the good stuff)
Preventive care, perio maintenance, SRP as needed
Digital X-rays, assessments, perio charting, documentation
Patient education that’s clear, kind, and actually sticks
Collaborative care planning and smooth handoffs with the doctor
Support + growth (because you’re not on an island)
Monthly hygienist meetings
(share wins, swap tips, improve systems, laugh about “the floss lecture” together)
Designated hygiene support

CE credits provided by our partners

You’ll be a great fit if you have…
Current
Ohio RDH license
CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
Comfort with digital systems (we’ll support training where needed)
