About The Role

Lead the design and development of AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems to drive business automation and productivity.
Architect and implement GenAI, LLM, and RAG solutions for enterprise use cases.
Define AI architecture, development standards, and best practices across the organization.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify and deliver high-impact AI initiatives.
Lead AI integration with enterprise platforms, applications, and workflows.
Mentor and guide AI Engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
Ensure AI solutions meet scalability, security, governance, and responsible AI requirements.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI, ML, or related disciplines.
Experience with token optimization
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
Proficiency in Python, APIs, Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and modern software development practices.
Proven ability to lead technical projects and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
