Casablanca, Morocco (Hybrid-3 days in office) | Reports to: Chief People Officer
Why This Role Matters
As HR Lead for Morocco and Switzerland, you will be the primary owner of local HR delivery while contributing to the rollout and improvement of global people practices.
This is a hands-on HR leadership role combining full ownership of HR operations in Morocco and Switzerland with contribution to selected global people initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring HR runs effectively day-to-day while steadily improving how we manage talent and performance.

What You’ll Lead
- HR Leadership - Morocco & Switzerland
- You will serve as the primary HR leader for Morocco and Switzerland, owning the full people agenda across both markets.
- Supporting managers in workforce planning and day-to-day people decisions, organizational changes, employee engagement, and people strategy
- Owning or overseeing monthly payroll preparation and validation with accuracy and discipline
- Managing employee administration end-to-end (contracts, amendments, benefits, HRIS data quality)
- Ensuring timely and accurate execution of core HR processes (onboarding, lifecycle changes, exits)
- Acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters
- Strengthening governance, process consistency, and operational reliability across HR delivery
- Supporting the transition of transactional activities into Shared Services with clear ownership and SLA management
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
- Employee Relations & Compliance – Morocco & Switzerland
- Manage sensitive and complex employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation.
- Support managers in handling disciplinary actions, investigations, grievances, and performance-related matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders
Global Talent & Performance
- Beyond country HR leadership, you will contribute to global talent practices across the organization.
- Support implementation and improvement of performance management frameworks including review cycles, calibration, manager enablement, and communication strategies
- Support and run talent review cycles and succession planning processes that improve leadership visibility and bench strength
- Partner with managers to support development planning and strengthen team capability
- Coach managers on performance conversations, leadership effectiveness, and talent decisions
- Collaborate with the Learning & Capability Lead to align talent frameworks with capability-building initiatives
- Global HR improvement and projects
- Contribute to HR improvement initiatives where relevant
- Help implement changes locally and ensure adoption
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Leverage AI and digital tools to improve HR processes and drive operational effectiveness.
- Use a structured, project-based approach to deliver HR initiatives and track outcomes.
- What you bring
- 8+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or senior HR leadership roles within international and matrixed organizations
- Strong employee relations expertise with deep knowledge of Moroccan and Swiss labour law
- Experience in complex case management
- Experience building or managing performance management, talent review, or succession planning processes
- Strong business partnership and stakeholder management capability
- Proven ability to manage core HR operations, including payroll coordination and employee administration, with high attention to detail
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach with willingness to be close to the day-to-day reality of the business
- High learning agility with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to coach and influence managers effectively on performance, people decisions, and day-to-day team challenges
- Ability to operate confidently across both strategic and operational HR environments
- Strong analytical capability with experience using HR systems, reporting, and workforce data
Fluency in French and English
Experience supporting Shared Services transformation or AI-enabled HR workflows is a plus.
