Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to support the successful delivery of a large-scale data centre project in the Groningen region of the <Netherlands.As> part of the Project Controls team, the successful candidate will establish, implement, and lead the project's risk and change management function, ensuring alignment with the Client's governance requirements and delivery objectives. The role will be responsible for managing the project's Early Warning process, maintaining robust risk and change control frameworks, facilitating the proactive identification and mitigation of risks and opportunities, and ensuring that changes are effectively assessed, governed, and communicated throughout the project lifecycle.Working closely with the client, project leadership team, contractors, commercial team, Project Controls team, and Portfolio Service Delivery Lead, the Risk & Change Manager will promote industry best practice, support informed decision-making, and contribute to the successful delivery of this critical programme of works, while maintaining consistency of approach across the wider portfolio.
