Your Role...

ReSource Pro is seeking a Service Delivery Analyst to process moderately complex insurance tasks and be responsible for meeting quality, quantity, and time deadlines. This position will be responsible for operating within the clients' systems and following established guidelines and procedures. This position will follow ReSource Pro's Information Security policies/guidelines.

This position is onsite at our office in Belgrade.

In this role, you will be...

Communicating with the client via email using clear, polite, and well-organized English and reporting issues to the supervisor in a timely manner

Providing a high-level of client service to a variety of insurance clients

Reporting operation problems and proposing solutions

Optimizing established procedures and assisting with output conversions

Collaborating with a global team of experienced BPM partners

Implementing the audit plan, run the audit report, and identify the performance gap

Performing timely troubleshooting

Setting up individual training plans and delivering training

Generating and analyzing data and reports

Assisting with new task onboarding

What You Need to be Successful...

1+ years' work experience

Secondary education, four-year duration (vocational, artistic, secondary school)

Client System Operation Skills

Computer Literacy and Typing Skills

English proficiency - reading, writing

Microsoft Office Skills

Problem-Solving Skills
