COILED TUBING SERVICES JUNIOR ENGINEER LOCATION: Neuquen - Neuquen - Argentina DEPARTMENT: OIL & GAS SERVICES HR CONTACT: ESCOBAR JULIETA AGUSTINA Purpose: Design, execute, and operational follow up of Coiled Tubing services, providing technical support in the field and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Analyze operational and well parameters to optimize operations and improve performance indicators. Collaborate with customers and internal areas on HSE and Quality incident reporting and investigations, and actively contributes to the continuous improvement of processes and work instructions. Main Responsabilities: Develop technical expertise in Coiled Tubing operations by analyzing operational variables and supporting field execution. Follow the assigned career development and training plan, participating in required training and certification programs. Provide operational and administrative support, including operational and safety reports, documentation, inventory control, and database updates. Monitor operational programs, ensuring the timely availability of materials, equipment, and personnel for assigned operations. Provide field support to supervisors, operations teams, and customers, ensuring effective communication and operational alignment. Participate in technical projects, workshops, and commercial support activities, including assistance with technical proposals and bidding processes. Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives, including best practices reviews and procedure updates with Operations, Quality, and HSE teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and quality standards, and applicable procedures.
