Job Description & Summary: PwC India is looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager – AI Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of advanced AI and machine learning solutions for our clients. This role requires strong domain knowledge in AI/ML, experience managing cross-functional teams, and proven expertise in driving complex AI programs from conception through deployment and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of AI solutions that create measurable business impact. Job Position Title: IN_Senior Manager_AI Delivery_D&A_Advisory_PAN India Responsibilities: Lead and manage the delivery of AI/ML projects across various client engagements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards. Collaborate with clients, solution architects, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape AI strategies and roadmaps. Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI and machine learning models and platforms with focus on scalability, security, and operationalization. Manage project scope, resources, budgets, and risks, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction. Drive agile delivery processes, continuous improvement practices, and promote best practices in AI/ML development and delivery. Mentor and lead cross-functional teams composed of data engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and QA specialists. Support business development activities including proposals, client presentations, demos, and solutioning workshops. Coordinate with technology partners, vendors, and internal Centers of Excellence to leverage emerging AI technologies and tools. Monitor AI model performance, governance, compliance, and ethical considerations during and post-deployment. Provide thought leadership and stay updated with AI/ML trends, frameworks, and frameworks around responsible AI. Mandatory skill sets: 12+ years of overall experience with at least 7 years managing AI, ML, or Data Science delivery projects in consulting or enterprise environments. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, technologies, model development lifecycle, MLOps, and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proven experience managing end-to-end AI project delivery, including scoping, budgeting, resource planning, and stakeholder management. Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience mentoring technical teams. Ability to communicate complex AI/ML concepts effectively to C-suite and non-technical stakeholders. Hands-on exposure to ML frameworks and AI infrastructure such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or similar. Knowledge of data engineering fundamentals, ETL processes, and integration of AI models with enterprise data platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive delivery in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. Preferred skill sets: Experience with responsible AI, model explainability, fairness, and regulatory compliance in AI projects. Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps pipelines, CI/CD for AI/ML models, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Prior experience in business development, client relationship management, and solution selling. Certifications in AI, machine learning, project management, or cloud platforms will be an added advantage.
