Specialist (m/f/d)

, you will take on a broad role at the intersection of operational tax work and treasury-related initiatives. You will support key tax processes, coordinate with external advisors, and collaborate with finance stakeholders across the group to improve structures, increase transparency, and drive practical implementation in day-to-day operations.

Your area of responsibility spans

Tax Operations & Advisory Coordination

• Support operational tax topics across the group, with a focus on
• VAT / indirect tax
• , withholding tax topics, and selected corporate tax matters
• Help coordinate tax filings, calculations, documentation, and related processes together with internal stakeholders and external advisors
• Review tax-related inputs and support the continuous improvement of tax processes, structures, and documentation
• Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and other partners, follow up on open items, and help implement recommendations in day-to-day operations
• Support transfer pricing topics, intercompany agreements, and related documentation in collaboration with the wider finance organization
• Act as a reliable point of contact for practical tax-related questions from the business and finance teams

Treasury & Finance Projects

• Support treasury-related projects and day-to-day topics, including liquidity planning, cash positioning, and bank-related processes
• Contribute to the further development of treasury structures, including intercompany financing topics, cash concentration, and process improvements
• Work closely with finance stakeholders across the group to support the implementation of tax- and treasury-related initiatives
• Help build more structure, transparency, and efficiency across the tax and treasury interface
• Your profile
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Taxation, or a comparable commercial qualification

Around

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• in tax, ideally gained in a
• tax advisory firm, accounting / tax practice, or an in-house tax or finance function
• Hands-on experience with
• operational tax topics
• , ideally including
• VAT / indirect tax
• , documentation, and coordination with external advisors

Exposure to

• transfer pricing, intercompany topics, treasury processes, or cash-related finance topics
• is a strong plus
• A pragmatic, hands-on working style and the ability to move from concept to implementation
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners
• Structured and analytical mindset, with a strong affinity for numbers and processes

Business-fluent English;

• German is strongly preferred
• Self-driven, reliable, and proactive personality with a strong willingness to learn
