What You'll Do

Be a Paradero Homes Lifestyle Curator, enthusiastically sharing the unique offerings and sense of community with potential buyers.
Build strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, other industry professionals and guests.
Conduct tours, highlighting the architectural details and the beauty of the surrounding environment.
Understand the needs and aspirations of potential buyers, crafting presentations that resonate with their dreams.

Who You Are

Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
A genuine passion for the Baja lifestyle and a deep understanding of its appeal.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are energized by exceeding expectations.
Fluency in English.
Compensation includes salary, commissions, and excellent benefits.
