Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, lead a small recruitment team, and drive hiring strategies to support business growth. The role requires strong experience in
high-volume hiring within fintech, lending, or financial services
, along with leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily recruitment operations and guide the TA team in achieving hiring targets
Manage full-cycle recruitment for supervisory to managerial roles
Partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with manpower plans
Lead high-volume hiring for operations, sales, collections, and support roles
Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, turnaround time)
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles
Coordinate with external agencies and recruitment partners
Ensure excellent candidate experience and employer branding
Prepare and present recruitment reports to management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least
4–6 years of recruitment experience
, with
1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
Preferably with experience in
fintech, lending, banking, or device financing industry
Proven experience in
high-volume and niche hiring
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred:
Background in
loan, lending, collections, or device financing companies
Female candidates are preferred for this role
Experience handling agency partnerships and recruitment vendors
