Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing
Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Prepare interview materials and assist in interview logistics
Recruitment Operations
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases
Post job openings on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, company career page)
Assist in preparing job descriptions and job advertisements
Employer Branding Support
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Engage with candidates on social media and professional platforms
Reporting & Administration
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline)
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
Collaboration
Work with HR and hiring managers to understand team needs and assist with onboarding or reference checks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of recruitment or HR operations experience — preferably in a tech/fintech or BPO environment.
Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken); Filipino/Tagalog is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS/HRIS tools.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-time-zone setting.
