Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent across operations, sales, collections, and support functions. This role requires experience in
high-volume hiring
within
fintech, lending, or financial services
.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination)
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications
Support high-volume hiring for operations, sales, collections, and back-office roles
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Partner with agencies and external vendors when needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least
2–4 years of recruitment experience
Preferably with experience in
fintech, lending, banking, or device financing industry
Experience in
volume hiring
is highly preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Preferred:
Background in
loan, lending, collections, or device financing companies
Female candidates are preferred for this role
Experience working with recruitment agencies is an advantage
