Payments Senior Associate - Project Manager

Our client, a top multinational in e-commerce, is looking for a Payments Senior Associate to join their Cross-Border team in LATAM.

• Lead a team of analysts in payment reconciliation and operational excellence.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure

• Drive process improvements to enhance buyer/seller payment experiences.
• Collaborate with banks, Fintechs, and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Analyze data (SQL/Excel) to reduce costs and optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance and efficiency in cross-border payment systems.

What we’re looking for

• 2-5 years of experience in project management (PMO)
• within the technology sector.

• –5 years of experience
• in payments, e-commerce, or fintech (reconciliation focus is a plus!).

Advanced Data Analysis Skills

• (Excel/SQL) and proficiency in

• (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)

• Fluent English and Portuguese (written/spoken) is a
