Senior Marketing & BI Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Marketing BI Analyst to join our Analytics team and help drive smarter, data-driven decisions across the business. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing, CRM, VIP, and Acquisition teams to transform complex data into clear insights that drive growth, improve player engagement, and optimise business performance across our key gaming verticals. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with business understanding and enjoys solving complex data challenges in a fast-paced environment. ++++Does This Sound Like You?++++ You bring 4+ years of experience in BI, marketing analytics, or data analysis You have strong experience in the iGaming industry and understand key gaming and marketing KPIs You have advanced Excel and SQL skills and can write clean, efficient SQL queries (CTEs, joins, window functions, aggregations, performance tuning) You have experience working with Tableau (building dashboards, calculations, filters, parameters, basic LODs). You have excellent analytical skills and can translate data into meaningful business insights You are detail-oriented and care deeply about data quality, accuracy, and consistency You communicate clearly and work confidently with both technical and business stakeholders
