Lean Partner

Key Responsibilities Facilitate A3 problem-solving workshops, Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Gemba walks across NNE India projects and functions. Coach project teams, engineers, and middle managers on Lean principles, 5S, Standard Work, and Visual Management. Support the deployment of the A3 Center of Excellence (CoE) — including training, facilitator network, and knowledge management. Partner with project teams to identify, scope, and execute continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
