About the Role

  • We are looking for an experienced
  • Associate/Technical Lead – Quality Assurance
  • to lead QA initiatives across enterprise and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
  • QA Automation, Java Selenium, Mobile Testing, Performance Testing, and Banking domain applications
  • , along with proven leadership experience in driving quality engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the QA team while ensuring high-quality software delivery.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java Selenium.
  • Plan and execute functional, regression, API, mobile, and performance testing.
  • Perform mobile application testing using Appium.
  • Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Review test strategies, test cases, defect reports, and release readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, automation coverage, and testing standards.

Required Skills

  • 8–12 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • 3+ years of experience leading QA teams or projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience in

QA Automation

Expertise in

Java with Selenium WebDriver

.

Experience in

  • Mobile Automation Testing using Appium
  • .
  • Hands-on experience with

JMeter

for performance/load testing.

Experience in

API Testing

  • using Postman or REST Assured.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience working on
  • Banking or Financial Services domain

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
