Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Data Analyst who will work closely
  • with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • The role includes developing interactive dashboards and reports in collaboration with the IT
  • team, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the
  • organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into reporting

solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to ensure seamless integration of data sources and

reporting platforms.

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across all reports and dashboards.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support for business initiatives.
  • Document processes and maintain reporting standards for scalability and compliance.
  • Manage multiple priorities independently and deliver within tight timelines.

Requirements

  • Education: B.E/B.Tech, MBA in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Data Analyst, preferably in Finance or Banking.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Power BI.
  • Experience in data visualization, dashboard development, and reporting automation.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical

solutions.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data accuracy and integrity.
  • Understanding of lending lifecycle, credit risk metrics, and regulatory reporting.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics
