Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Data Analyst who will work closely
- with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- The role includes developing interactive dashboards and reports in collaboration with the IT
- team, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the
- organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into reporting
solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with the technology team to ensure seamless integration of data sources and
reporting platforms.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across all reports and dashboards.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support for business initiatives.
- Document processes and maintain reporting standards for scalability and compliance.
- Manage multiple priorities independently and deliver within tight timelines.
Requirements
- Education: B.E/B.Tech, MBA in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Data Analyst, preferably in Finance or Banking.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Experience in data visualization, dashboard development, and reporting automation.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into technical
solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices for data accuracy and integrity.
- Understanding of lending lifecycle, credit risk metrics, and regulatory reporting.
- Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics
