Civils Supervisor

Plan works and organise all site enabling <activities.Report> on project progress and completions to ensure projects meet all Client standards.Ensure work programmes deliver the maximum output from teams.Ensure that the optimum method of construction is used.Ensure construction meets all standards set by Client /Customer.Complete all works within prescribed <timescales.Work> flexibly and respond effectively to emergency requirements of Clients. Manage the allocation of labour, ensuring best for task, monitoring and maximising production. Procure & mobilise resources (Labour, Plant & materials).Keep a close account of project costing, including purchasing, labour resources and hire, including monitoring the need for and use of hired-in plant and equipment. Coordinate site activities including management of labourplant, materials, traffic managementassociated subcontract activities. Predict future activities to ensure required resource is available for subsequent activities. Undertake civil engineering tasks on site when acting as a working supervisor.
