VP Debt Advisory

What you'll do

Identify

business opportunities

, prepare pitches and source financing mandates from private equity firms, corporates, family offices and entrepreneurs

Be responsible for the execution of bespoke LBO- and Acquisition financing mandates with exposure to various industries

Advise our clients on complex and individual financing solutions and liase with debt providers, lawyers, DD-providers

Conduct and monitor credit analysis, business forecasts and scenario analysis, financial covenants sensitivities, financial modelling and manage Q&A sessions

Negotiate loan documentation (LMA), term sheets, commitment letters and manage the financing process until closing

Manage project workstreams as well as material preparations independently and develop and train junior team members

About you

5-7 years of experience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking with an an international investment bank, another boutique advisory firm or in audit, preferably with one of the Big 4 audit firms

Strong academic background and excellent knowledge in financial modelling and accounting (HGB, IFRS) as well as a network within the financial community

Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done, and confidence to drive various work streams on projects

Willingness to support the team with a desire to grow and to develop the business in a performance driven environment

Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
