Inside Sales & Customer Service Specialist — Remote

• Remote Sales Associate (PST) - Home Services
• Base $1200-$1500/month + bonus program - room to grow
• Full-Time - 8:00am-5:00pm Pacific Time, Saturday to Wednesday or Sunday to Thursday

What You’ll Do

• Sales (primary)
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries with warmth, speed, and precision
• Run outbound follow-ups and reactivation campaigns (calls + texts)
• Quote accurately, confirm details, and lock next steps to prevent issues later
• Keep pipelines and notes clean in our systems (CRM + Slack updates)
• Hit daily performance targets and improve close rate over time
• Growth Path (optional, after you ramp)
• Support recruiting tasks that use similar skills (candidate calls, follow-ups, confirmations)
• Bilingual reps may take on more recruiting responsibilities over time

Requirements

• Strong, stable WiFi and a quiet workspace for calls
• Excellent spoken and written English - strong phone presence is mandatory

Comfortable with Slack, Google Sheets, and CRMs

• High accountability - you follow the process, post updates, and own outcomes
• This role is not compatible with childcare or personal obligations during work hours
• After training period schedule will include one or more weekend days - must be able to work part of the weekend

Pay And Growth

Base pay: $1200-$1500/month depending on experience and fit

Commission: performance-based (details shared during interview)

Strong performers can grow quickly into higher responsibility and earnings

This is not a passive customer service position. You will speak with prospective customers, recommend the right service, ask for the booking, follow up consistently, and help turn strong first experiences into recurring relationships.
