FinTech Consultant Internship – Business & Finance (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

As an intern at Lund Consulting, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of consulting tailored specifically for financial institutions. You will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives, bridging the gap between traditional financial management and modern, technology-driven solutions. Your role will focus on supporting financial analysis, corporate finance projects, and business process optimization. Working closely alongside our experienced consultants, you will have the unique opportunity to analyze complex business structures, prepare high-level presentations for decision-makers, and directly contribute to impactful projects for our clients.

What you will be doing

Project & Strategy Support

Assist in corporate finance, advisory, or accounting projects by preparing financial data and supporting strategic evaluations.

Financial Modeling & Insights

• Support the team in structuring financial models and evaluating business metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
• Your profile

Academic Background

You are currently in an advanced stage of your studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a similar program.

Prior Experience

Initial practical experience through internships in fields such as audit, accounting, corporate finance, or financial services is highly advantageous.

Business & Digital Expertise

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint to structure data and create professional presentations. A very good command of AI tools, combined with a basic understanding of coding, is a distinct plus.

Drive & Motivation

Genuine interest in financial consulting and corporate strategy. Highly motivated to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks.

Language Skills

• Fluent in English; German proficiency is highly advantageous.
