Fleet Coordinator

You will manage the full fleet lifecycle, including vehicle requisition, assignment, transfer, replacement, decommissioning, and surplus disposition Maintain vehicle inventory, lease records, and location data within fleet management systems Coordinate vehicle registrations, titles, permits, insurance renewals, and regulatory compliance requirements Partner with fleet management companies and third-party vendors to ensure accurate documentation and vehicle compliance Further, you will oversee vehicle acquisitions, deliveries, retirements, rentals, and accessory/equipment purchases Coordinate vehicle transfers and reallocation of surplus inventory to support operational needs Monitor mileage reporting, traffic violations, and adherence to fleet policies and procedures Review and approve vehicle repair and maintenance requests within established authorization limits Assist with fleet replacement planning and identify vehicles that meet replacement criteria And you will generate and analyze fleet reports to support data accuracy, policy enforcement, and operational decision-making Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce fleet maintenance and management expenses Recommend process improvements and technology solutions to enhance fleet operations and efficiency Collaborate with operations and distribution teams to ensure vehicles meet safety, technical, and business requirements
