Production Technician

You will follow safe work permit processes, policies, and procedures Ensure safety and hazard recognition is implemented through the Hazardous Work Permit (HWP) process Identify, develop and incorporate LOTOs as required Understand and ensure compliance with all Linde and governmental Environmental Permits, Regulations, and Policies Understand the theoretical aspects of the air separation process and adjust controls towards achieving desired flows, pressures, and purities Understand Production KPIs and work towards achieving goals included in individual performance rating Further, perform troubleshooting on equipment/process upsets and restart plants as needed Ensure customer quality requirements are met for ALL products by maintaining analyzers and Linde Quality Assurance Program (QAP) Utilize the EAM Maintenance program to maintain compliance in areas covered by CMMS Read and Understand P ID and control loop input-output logic Assist in the training and development of new employees Follow all SMP, SOP, COP, OSS, OPS alerts and Technical Bulletins Also, ensure all responsibilities are performed in accordance with applicable safety, operational, quality, and environmental requirements.
