Customer Service Representative / Customer Care Associate

You will coordinate telephone referrals, verify eligibility criteria and appropriate funding, and set up clients for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone and walk-in orders, answering questions, tracing order and shipment status, and resolving issues In addition, you shall be accountable for providing complete and accurate account setup and pricing data, and for maintaining the ongoing accuracy of customer information To Support Territory Managers by balancing your time between inside sales and customer service duties, helping the team achieve targeted sales budgets is part of your role Collect payments to ensure customer accounts remain current and track customer orders in JDE to confirm delivery and billing are completed You will be responsible for daily cash reconciliation and preparing bank deposits Ensure all outgoing mail is sent daily
