About The Role

As a Business Process Specialist, you will be providing support to Business Support Analyst and End Users to identify, investigate and problem solve complex system process and data issues in the Finance area Create functional specifications for projects and enhancements, including data from other relevant systems and processes Working with the Regions on assigned Information Technology Projects as part of the Regional Team from project inception through to implementation in areas of specialisation Co-ordinate Regional support activities with Global Support teams as required Develop advanced technical solutions for new or enhanced Business Processes Manage Change Management processes related to Business Processes Manage projects for complex enhancements and new systems Pro-actively participate in cross Business Peer Groups, including Global collaboration in areas of specialization Collaborating with other Information Technology Streams to identify and resolve integration issues
