Job Summary Role: Tire and Oil Change Technician Goal: Perform fast, safe vehicle maintenance and deliver great service. Type: Full-time The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior Tire and Oil changing experience with excellent communication. He/she will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and is motivated to provide superior service. Key Responsibilities Change engine oil, filters, and fluid levels. Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires. Inspect brakes, belts, hoses, and suspension. Maintain a clean and safe work bay. Explain service needs to customers clearly. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Clean MVR Valid driver's license and clean record. Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long hours. Basic hand tool knowledge (experience is a plus, training provided).
