About The Role
Key Responsibilities : -User research & persona creation (Employee, HC, CEO) -Wireframe, prototype, and design system creation -Ensure accessibility & responsive design (web & mobile) -Collaborate closely with BA & Frontend -Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs Qualifications : -Degree in Design / HCI or equivalent experience -3+ years UI/UX design experience (enterprise apps preferred) -Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD -Strong understanding of UX research & usability testing -This position is a contract-based role with a contract duration of one (1) year
