Turndown Attendant, The American Club

Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity Join our detail-oriented housekeeping team and help maintain the beauty and charm of our guest rooms and facilities. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible to provide Turndown Services for assigned number of guest rooms Returning the guest room back to a space for evening relaxation by performing some of the following duties but not limited to: replenishing amenities, trash removal, replenishing ice, turning down guest bed, etc. Providing full servicing of guest rooms upon request Ensuring all Forbes 5 Star Turndown Standards are met in a timely manner This is part-time position, working primarily between 5:00pm to 9:00pm, weekdays and weekends.
