About The Team We are looking for a new colleague as Process Engineer - Assembly for our Wind Power Business at our location of Tianjin China. What you can look forward to as Process Engineer - Assembly: Process Owner for Assembly in ZFWPT New product introduction, process validation including Process documents preparation Ensure ZF quality requirements at assembly processes Day-to-day trouble shooting to have smooth production Ensure Safety, Productivity, Cost and Quality improvement projects Maintain periodic report on key technical parameters Your Profile as Process Engineer - Assembly: Expert knowledge of Transmission or heavy equipment Assembly process. Expert knowledge of Limits and fits in Assembly, bearing clearances and Preloads and Bolting technologies Expert in design of clamping and material handling equipment for Assembly processes. Software Knowledge - Creo, AutoCAD, Windchill, Delmia, MS Office Tools Expert knowledge of Quality tools for problem solving. e.g. 8D, 6-Sigma Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing. Working experience on ERP (SAP, MES). Knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001-2015). Language skills: Mandarin Chinese: Skilled, English: CET-4 Why you should choose ZF in China?
