Opportunity Overview Sourcing and Canvassing requirements from planners and engineers Execute, Update, Expedite RFQs Checks PDM, Agile, ESI Work with Vend_admin for new vendor creation Quote verification against Std and Contract Pricing Check stocks from other division Price delivery and payment negotiation PO issuance and monitoring Update Open PO report for delivery status Coordination with planners, engineers, warehouse, CM, CE, traffic, PCO and suppliers Escalation with CM, CE Merlin WO creation Resolve matching holds issues Supplier Evaluation through the use of scorecard Updates RCIA for late POs Facilitates shipments with UPS on Asia vendors All About You We seek individuals who share our passion and determination. BS in Industrial Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent with 3-5 years experience in related work. Strong computer skills Experience in completing result-oriented projects and has the ability to manage priorities in international business environment Has a high sense of urgency in dealing with the job and can interface with different level of positions in the organization Excellent communication and teamwork skills Able to perform multi-tasks Oracle MRP experience desirable Must possess excellent interpersonal and organization skills DPSM/APICS certification is a plus but not a requirement Great attention to details Willing to work on flexible schedule when the need arises We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.
