YOUR TASKS Implement and optimize HR processes while ensuring continuous improvement, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and local regulations Adapt and further develop the HR system landscape for the Hungarian market in close collaboration with HQ, considering country-specific legal and cultural requirements Drive HR and leadership development initiatives, including change management and talent management programs, to support organizational growth and employee development YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the successful implementation, documentation, and ongoing enhancement of HR processes and standards Act as the key interface between local stakeholders in Hungary and HQ regarding HR systems, tools, and digital solutions Identify and implement country-specific HR requirements, ensuring compliance with local labor law and alignment with corporate standards Contribute to a modern and future-oriented HR environment by promoting best practices, organizational development, and employee engagement YOUR PROFIL Several years of HR experience in a multinational environment with strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, HR development, and change management Process-oriented mindset with interest in HR systems, digital solutions, and continuous improvement Good knowledge of labor law and experience working with standards, KPIs, and structured processes Independent, solution-oriented, and proactive working style with strong communication fluent in Hungarian and English (at least C1), German would be a big plus
