Location: Taipei, Taiwan Professional Area: Field Marketing Contract Type: Permanent Professional Level: Experienced Work Group Level: WG4 Reporting to: Peter Chang (Field Marketing Manager) TA POC: Awen Neo (Talent Attraction Specialist) Field Marketing Coordinator The position exists to drive sustainable multi-category business growth for consumers, trade customers and regional stakeholders by identifying market opportunities, developing locally relevant consumer and trade engagement initiatives, and coordinating agile execution with Field marketing team, sales teams, trade partners, cross-functional and outside stakeholders across categories (Combustible and HTS) and channels (GT/CVS/emerging channels such as new life channel). Field Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in translating business priorities into actionable regional initiatives that drive sustainable growth, consumer acquisition, engagement and trade <activation.As> the business evolves into a multi-category environment, FMC is expected to act as an agile field marketing expert who identifies local opportunities, adapts quickly to market dynamics, and develops category-specific approaches for consumers and trade customers. FMC also ensures continuous program optimization through performance tracking, insights generation and rapid adjustment of initiatives. The incumbent is predominantly working in the field and focuses on: Multi-Category Program Development & Execution Cross-Functional & Channel Collaboration Opportunity Identification & Business Agility Coaching & Capability Building Program Performance Management Trade Education & Engagement Ad-hoc Business Support As the Field Marketing Coordinator, you will: Consumer & Trade Program Development and Execution Develop and execute consumer-centric and locally relevant field marketing programs that drive awareness, acquisition, and business growth across multiple categories and channels. Multi-Category Business Growth and Opportunity Management Identify and leverage growth opportunities across different categories, channels, and target audiences by translating business priorities into actionable field marketing initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment Collaborate closely with Sales teams, Trade Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation, resource availability, compliance and alignment with evolving business priorities Field Capability Building and Coaching Coach and support FMAs/TP in identifying local opportunities, developing bottom-up initiatives, and executing market-specific programs that address business priorities. Performance Tracking, Insights, and Optimization Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives and trade engagement programs, providing insights and recommendations to improve program performance and return on investment. Requirements: Bachelor degree or above Professional qualifications in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales Management or Project Management. At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in FMCG marketing, trade marketing or sales functions Have cross-functional team collaboration and coordination experience Have good understanding of trade & retail environment and consumer behavior Sales experience in Tobacco or highly regulated Industries is an advantage Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in English, both written and spoken Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skill Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Project management & execution Analytical & Data-Driven Decision Making Agility & Adaptability:Demonstrates flexibility and resilience in a fast-changing business environment.
