Planner Assistant Manager

Job Summary Developing an annual supply chain plan, including mix of outsourcing, external and internal capacities for manufacturing, warehousing and delivery in consonance with the annual business plan. Roles & Responsibilities • Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay • Plan the supply of finished goods in accordance with target stock levels • Periodically review target stock levels / optimum safety stocks • Communicate required changes/ resolutions to Production Team • Identify and resolve supply exceptions by expediting purchase orders, re-allocating existing inventory, re-allocating existing equipment, re-allocating existing manpower, and establishing safety stock parameters. • Work closely with the Sales, Warehouse and Demand Planner to ensure target order fill rates are being met for daily customer orders. • To ensure that the Inventory Plan adequately reflects SKU level production and corresponding SKU-wise Service Level in the market • Monitor receipts and transfers ensuring timely delivery and availability of product as well as in accordance with our inventory plan. • Manage new program introductions from purchase through receipt. Responsible for ensuring the product arrives to meet customer dates and specifications. • Support and interact effectively with other core business functions (Sales, Procurement, Research & Development, Distribution and Logistics). • To ensure a safe & healthy work environment. • Understand, reflect & practice IFFCO’s vision & values KPIs Storage cost per ton Cycle Count Coverage and Accuracy Inventory Obsolescence Stock Freshness monitoring Monitoring of slow moving and nonmoving stocks OTIF Work experience requirement 6 to 8 years of relevant experience from FMCG industry.
