Job Duties Under direct supervision, assists in post-well evaluation of product performance and development of product performance optimization solutions. Provides technical and operational assistance to internal customers. Assists with developing required product designs for an assigned area. Participates in developmental programs to accelerate learning. Learns product design theory and how to use technical software tools to perform their work.
