You get it done Strive to optimise the efficiency of available resources (drivers, trucks and capacity), taking into account priorities and constraints, such that the customer and employer are satisfied. Tasks Collection of data on transport orders; Entry of transport orders in the proprietary system; Planning of trips; Outsourcing transport assignments to subcontractors; Confirming orders to the client; Assigning transport assignments to drivers according to priorities and available resources; Follow-up of assignments, both during and after execution; Completing the necessary documents to enable the execution of the trip planning. You bring Minimum a first experience in a Freight Forwarding role within Road transportation; You can speak and write fluently in Dutch and English; Knowledge of proprietary operational procedures and Transport Management System.
