The Impact You'll Make As a Product Engineer in New Product Development , you will help shape hydraulic pumps and motors used in machines around the world. Your work directly improves reliability, efficiency, and performance , making a tangible impact across industries that keep society moving. You will collaborate with a global, diverse team across Slovakia, Germany, the USA, India, and China—bringing ideas to life from concept through to real-world application. What You’ll Be Doing Design and maintain 3D models and technical drawings to ensure high-quality, manufacturable products Develop and optimize hydraulic pumps and motors to improve efficiency, durability, and performance Collaborate with simulation experts to validate designs using FEM and CFD and strengthen product reliability Partner with testing teams to validate and qualify products under real operating conditions Work cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, and sales to bring new products successfully to market What We're Looking For Solid foundation in mechanical engineering and 3D CAD design Understanding of hydraulics or fluid-based systems Ability to communicate and collaborate in English within global teams Problem-solving skills and a practical, solution-oriented mindset Motivation to learn, grow, and contribute in a hands-on engineering environment What You'll Get from Us At Danfoss, we know our people make the difference—and we’re committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive and feel valued .
