Production Planner

As a Production Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products reach customers on time while helping create a stable and efficient production flow. Working closely with production, logistics, customer service, and supply chain colleagues, you’ll be the connector who helps balance priorities, solve challenges, and keep the value chain moving. Your decisions will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, inventory performance, and operational efficiency. You’ll join a collaborative Supply Chain team within Danfoss Climate Solutions in Nordborg. What You’ll Be Doing Create and maintain production plans that balance customer demand, capacity, and material availability to support reliable delivery performance. Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to quickly address changes and keep operations running smoothly. Monitor inventory and material flow, taking proactive action to reduce shortages, avoid delays, and optimize stock levels. Track production orders and priorities, providing clear updates that help teams stay aligned and focused on what matters most. Analyze demand trends and operational data to identify opportunities for improvements in planning accuracy, efficiency, and service levels. What We're Looking For Experience working with production planning, scheduling, supply chain coordination, or a similar operational role. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make structured decisions based on data and changing priorities. Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP and confidence using digital tools to support planning activities. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across production and supply chain functions. Professional proficiency in both Danish and English.
