Senior Front-End Developer

The Impact You'll Make Do you want to build software that does something good for the planet by saving energy and fighting food loss? We make it happen with our software for industrial refrigeration systems. You'll join a small, focused team and work end-to-end, from getting IoT data to displaying insights in the UI. Here your decisions matter and have an impact. What You’ll Be Doing Build React micro frontends for the IoT system and learn about MQTT, Kafka, and Golang services on the way Work on UX, development, test automation, CI pipelines, and frequent deployments Use and contribute to our internal design system Use AI assisted practices to move faster without giving up engineering rigor What We're Looking For "Let's do it!" mindset being able to solve problems even if they are outside of your core skillset "I want to learn" mindset curiosity to learn about new topics, like data pipelines, message queues, Golang, observability willingness to work with these in order to grow as an engineer Solid React experience; you've worked in a real, non-trivial codebase Experience with end to end browser automation as a standard feature delivery step Knowledge of front-end build systems and CI pipelines Open to working with structured AI assisted engineering practices Working proficiency in English (team language) Nice to have: experience with micro front-ends What You'll Get from Us A lot of learning, genuinely hard technical problems, real autonomy, and a tight feedback loop with actual customers. Compensation & Benefits (ITA) Contract Type: Permanent Contract Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria (CNEL Code C011) Annual Gross Salary Range: €48,000 – €54,000 Bonus Scheme: Variable component expressed as a percentage of annual gross salary, linked to company and/or individual performance.
