About the Job We have successfully completed the modernisation phase of one of our key defence projects and are now kicking off brand-new work packages under a new contract. As we move forward into this exciting stage, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer residing in Ankara to join our team. If you want to take part in shaping large-scale, cutting-edge solutions in the defence industry while leading and mentoring a talented team, this role is for you! As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth integration between development and operations teams. You will play a key role in automating build, test, and deployment processes across both on-premises and cloud-based systems. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for front-end and back-end projects Manage Azure DevOps build and release pipelines, including automation of testing and deployments Implement and maintain private npm feeds, versioning, and Angular package management Work closely with development teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of applications Support infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, PowerShell, or ARM templates Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize build and release workflows to improve delivery speed and quality Qualifications: 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps, including CI/CD and infrastructure automation Strong expertise with Azure DevOps, pipelines, and automation scripting Hands-on experience with Angular front-end delivery and back-end packaging (e.g., Advanced Installer) Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies Familiarity with version control systems (Git), containerization, and artifact management Excellent communication and problem-solving skills General Skills and Attributes: Strong communication and collaboration skills Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated team player Solid problem-solving and analytical mindset Proactive in adapting to changing project needs Passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement High sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency Skilled in Microsoft Office and open-source office tools Willingness to travel abroad when needed Having a valid National Security Clearance (MoD, Turkey) is a plus Proven leadership and people management skills Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members What We Offer GPTW Certified Company Competitive Compensations And Benefits Flexible benefit program Private health insurance Life insurance Performance Bonus Accolade bonus Referral bonus Transportation allowance Meal allowance Kindergarten allowance Buddy program Flexible working hours at Atos or home office Company SIM card Days of annual leave above the legal minimum Atos University Access – Professional and personal development through continuous education and certification Wellbeing days Friendly working environment BYOD - Bring your own mobile device campaign #FT Here at Atos, we want all our employees to feel valued, appreciated, and free to be who they are at work.
