We prioritize customer satisfaction and, as tech enthusiasts, develop innovative solutions that bolster our brand.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain business data marts to support analytics, reporting, and decision-making across the organization.Implement and manage Master Data Management (MDM) for core business entities such as clients, networks, and products to ensure a consistent source of truth.Automate client and internal business reporting, reducing manual processes and improving reliability of insights.Develop and support data pipelines for on-chain and off-chain data, ensuring high data quality, scalability, and <reliability.Build> and own critical business dashboards that provide clear visibility into business health and proactively surface insights and anomalies to stakeholders.RequirementAdvanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization (experience with Google BigQuery is preferred).Strong analytical skills using Python (pandas, numpy, or similar analytical libraries).Experience with modern data stack tools such as Airflow and dbt for ETL orchestration and transformation.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Superset, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).Strong data storytelling ability — capable of forming clear hypotheses, validating them with data, and communicating insights effectively.Ability to work closely with stakeholders, take ownership of analytical tasks, decompose problems, and deliver end-to-end solutions.English proficiency: B2 or higher.Experience in the crypto / blockchain ecosystem is a strong <plus.At> <P2P.org> we have a team of experts with their own unique approach and ownership culture.
