We create social thumb-stopping ads that are designed to convert - that's our jam.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced, growth-minded Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive creative strategy, and transform transactional client projects into predictable, long-term monthly retainers.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Relationship Management (45%):Owning the day-to-day client relationship.Act as the primary strategic advisor for a portfolio of clients through understanding the client’s business goals.Lead monthly strategy check-ins, performance reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).Navigate high-level client friction and build deep, executive-level trust.Translate paid social performance data (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) into high-impact creative briefs and winning ad concepts.Retention, Expansion & Retainer Growth (45%):Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets across your client roster.Identify retention risks early and build proactive expansion roadmaps for each account.Pitch scope upgrades, transitioning clients from one-off pilot packages to rolling monthly retainers.Partner with internal Creative Strategists to spot high-performing ad hooks/angles and sell through creative iterations, remix bundles, and whitelisting.Production Oversight & Alignment (10%):Maintain high-level visibility on project milestones via project manager.Ensure client expectations are aligned with internal production realities without getting dragged into daily execution weeds.Who You Are:3+ years of Account Management or Client Strategy experience at a performance marketing agency or UGC agency.Deep understanding of the paid social landscape (Meta & TikTok ad mechanics, hook rates, hold rates, and performance levers).Proven track record of growing client accounts and closing retainer renewals.Exceptional written and spoken English with elite presentation skills.What We Offer:Standard Creative Milkshake Stipends (mental health, healthcare & internet)Remote-first & flexible work cultureGenerous PTOA collaborative, creative, ridiculously fun teamLearning & career development
