Behavior Technician (RBT) – Sammamish, WashingtonCompany: Aurora Behavioral Health, a Finni Health companyJob Type: Part-time (less than 30 hours per week)Schedule: Monday through Friday (1:00 PM - 6:30 PM)Location: In-person – Sammamish and Redmond, WashingtonPay: $20.00-$26.00 per hourAbout the RoleAurora Behavioral Health, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Sammamish, WA. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.What You'll DoDeliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's homeFollow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBACollect and record data on client progress and behaviorsParticipate in supervision sessions with a BCBAAttend required team meetings and training sessionsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay: $20.00-$26.00/hourTraining and support to obtain RBT certificationCareer growth opportunities within the ABA fieldMileage reimbursementWhat You'll NeedHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience working with childrenPassion for supporting children with special needsReliable transportationActive CPR certification (Preferred)RBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periodsComfortable engaging in play and physical activity with childrenAbout Us – Aurora Behavioral Health, a Finni Health CompanyAurora Behavioral Health, partners with Finni Health to provide compassionate, in-home ABA therapy.
