You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the systems that power our video intelligence platform, working closely with AI, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver features that <matter.In> this role, you will:Build and maintain backend services that ingest, process, and serve video and sensor data at scaleShip AI-native features end to end: natural-language video search, real-time detections, and agentic workflows built on multimodal LLMs and computer visionImplement user-facing frontends in TypeScript/React, working closely with productDesign scalable APIs and systems that interface with our ML pipelines and edge device fleetCollaborate on infrastructure and architecture decisions from the ground upTackle problems involving distributed systems, real-time processing, and high availability Skills and qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar relevant experienceStrong experience with Golang, Python, or C++Experience with modern frontend stacks — TypeScript, React (react-query, Tailwind)Experience designing and building scalable backend systems and APIsComfort with distributed systems, containers, and cloud-native infrastructure (we run Kubernetes on AWS, Pulumi for IaC)Fluency with AI-assisted development and opinions on where it works wellPrevious startup experience building systems from scratch or scale-up experience and knowing what good looks likeA strong understanding of system performance, reliability, and clean architectureResilient in challenging and fast-paced environmentsExceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence at all levelsAbility to work in an onsite environmentWhat we offer:Competitive compensation packageFlexible paid time off and paid holidaysEarly-stage equity in a rapidly growing companyReferral bonusesDaily team dinners and regular team off-sites to build connection and momentumThe latest Apple products and unlimited tech stack (Claude Cowork, Perplexity Computer, Nooks, Clay, Instantly, etc.)We're on a mission to transform a $50B+ legacy industry by bringing the power of cutting-edge multimodal LLMs and computer vision to real-world security and operations.
