You reduce manual work, increase consistency, and improve operational safety for identity changes. Automate identity tasks across SSO and Directory integration workflows (design+ implementation) Build reusable automation components (templates, deployment patterns, retry/rollback strategies) Standardize onboarding and configuration procedures for SSO-connected applications Integrate identity operations into engineering workflows (ticket/change steps, quality checks) Ensure logging, monitoring, and traceability for automated identity changes Collaborate with engineers and security to implement guardrails in automation The knowledge I own: Must-haves Strong English proficiency (required) -fluent inwritten and spoken communication Proven experience in automation/engineering (APls, scripting, workflow tooling-your chosen stack is fine) Understanding of SSO concepts and Okta/Entra ID integration basics Good knowledge of Active Directory/ Directory Services, Entra ID Strong engineering mindset: robustness, error handling, audit-friendly outputs Nice-to-haves Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code or similar approaches Security-hardened automation practices (secret hygiene, least privilege, controlled change) Knowledge of common identity failure modes and how automation should mitigate them German language skills The offer that would convince me: Possibility to improve yourself in a constantly growing organization Secure, long-term job opportunity at a stable company Supportive team to get the best out of yourself Intensive, individual, and practical training Varied and interesting responsibilities Modern and comfortable working environment (adjustable desk and chair, sports facilities) Home office possibility Online application: Please use our online application and attach your resume.
