Intern - Inventory Mgmt

Job Description : 1. Inventory Reporting & Data Extraction Perform fixed vendor downloads and maintain accurate vendor-related inventory data. Generate MYDA/PSDA inventory reports on a routine basis. Prepare finance inventory reports using SAP transactions (e.g., MB52, MC.9, MBLB) on a weekly and monthly schedule 2. Subcontract & Stock Management Run and update weekly subcontract stock lists . Prepare monthly subcontract stock lists for finance and operational review. 3. Count Sheet & Cycle Count Support Assist in count sheet consolidation for SGMY operations. Support the team during customer cycle counts , including data verification and variance follow-up. 4. General Inventory Support Work closely with the Inventory, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure all reports are accurate and submitted on time. Assist in process improvements, documentation, and other ad‑hoc tasks related to inventory control. Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Social Sceince, Business admin, Management, Supply Chain or any related field Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Good organizational and time management skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Meticulous, analytical and result oriented. Applicants must be willing to work in Penang Science Park. No work experience required. Preferably immediate starter. Internship position available.
